We're not planning a fee per hire.

We're designing it so candidates choose whether to be found and what employers can see, with contact details kept private until they agree to hear from you.

We plan to let candidates who have completed a BeCareers screening choose to share a structured summary, where the employer they screened for allows it - so you see more than a CV.
Search on what the job needs
Our aim: search only on what the job needs - skills, experience, licences, availability and location - never on gender, ethnicity or any other protected characteristic. Where a role has a legal minimum age, candidates will confirm they meet it.
