Cookies can be "Persistent" or "Session" cookies. Persistent Cookies remain on your personal computer or mobile device when you go offline, while Session Cookies are deleted as soon as you close your web browser.

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Our principles of data collection are based on transparency, fairness, and lawfulness. We only collect personal data that is strictly necessary for the performance of our services, and we ensure that it is kept secure and confidential.

When you first visit, a consent banner (provided by Sadang, our consent manager) asks which optional cookies you accept. Nothing optional is set until you choose, and you can change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. The tables below list what is set.

Consent manager storage - once you have made a choice
Sadang stores nothing in your browser before you choose. Once you have chosen, whatever you choose, it keeps these in your browser's storage (not cookies) so your choice is remembered and applies in all your open tabs. None of them identifies you.

Analytics cookies - only if you accept analytics
These help us understand how the website is used and which marketing brings visitors to it. They are not set unless you accept analytics in the consent banner.

If you do not accept analytics, Sadang does not set a visitor identifier. It keeps only your choice and the consent manager storage listed above, none of which identifies you. When you send us a form, the session reference is included so we can see which page the enquiry came from. Sadang does not record the email address or anything else you type into our forms. No advertising or social media cookies are used on this site.
4. Purposes of processing personal data
We use your personal data to operate, provide, and improve our services. 6. Third-party access and data transfers
If you accept analytics, data collected through Google Tag Manager is shared with Google as the analytics provider, and Sadang analytics is processed by uForge on our behalf in the UK (AWS London). Form submissions are stored in uForge in the UK. We do not share cookie data with advertising or social media platforms - none are integrated on this site. We may also share data with hosting providers, payment processors, or public authorities where legally required.
7. Data retention
Cookie data is retained for the periods stated in the table above. We will retain other personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Cookie Policy, or to comply with our legal obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: right to access; right to rectification; right to erasure; right to restrict processing; right to object to processing; and right to data portability.
